Preheat oven to 360 degrees
Cut cauliflower into halves, remove the core and cut into big florets
In a clean bowl, mix peanut butter, water, chili, fish sauce, lemon juice, and ginger
In another bowl spread the panko, you can toast it lightly for more crunchiness if you like
Dip each floret in the peanut mixture and toss it over the panko. Place the coated floret on the baking tray, repeat same for others, and slide the tray into the oven
Bake for 35 minutes, remove from the heat, garnish with the Sriracha, cilantro, and green onions
Serve with joy!
