Lemon Dill Fish With Greek Salad

Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a large bowl mix together dill, lemon zest, oil and season with salt and pepper. Add fish and toss to coat. Transfer fish to baking tray and pour over any remaining marinade. Bake for 10-12 minutes until fish is just cooked.
Meanwhile, place cucumber, tomato, onion, olives and lemon juice in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and toss to combine.
Divide salad between plates, crumble over feta and serve with fish and lemon wedges.
