Greek Meatball (Keftedes) Salad

Place beef, oregano, garlic and parsley in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Mix well to combine. Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Heat a large non-stick frypan over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook, rolling around, for 5-6 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Gently toss salad ingredients together in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and divide between serving plates.
Scatter over feta, add meatballs and serve with torn pieces of pita bread and yoghurt on the side.
