French Toast With Banana & Hazelnuts

Whisk flaxseed meal, milk and cinnamon in a large bowl and set aside for 10 minutes to thicken.
Heat a large non-stick frypan over medium heat.
Dip bread into thickened milk and allow to soak for 10-15 seconds on each side. Wipe off excess mixture, transfer to frypan and cook for 3 minutes each side, until golden.
Top with yogurt, banana and hazelnuts and drizzle over maple syrup to serve.
