Easy buckeyes for winter

Combine sugar, vanilla, peanut butter, and butter in a bowl to make a dough
Cut out dough into small round balls and arrange them on a paper- lined baking tray
Place a toothpick above each ball and slide the tray into the freezer. Sit it there for 35 minutes
Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler, stirring till well blended
Remove frozen butter and dip in the chocolate content, leave some part of the butterball uncovered to give it a buckeye. Return to the freezer and chill till you are ready to serve
