1 ¼ cups (315ml) milk (or dairy-free alternative)
1 medium banana (sliced)
100 g cranberries, frozen
3 tbsp (30g) rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)
3 tbsp (30g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
2 tbsp maple syrup (honey or rice malt syrup)
¼ tsp mixed spice
4-5 ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and serve.
