Drain the cashew and blend it with lemon juice, salt, miso paste, yeast, white pepper, paprika. Empty content into a jar, cover, and store in the refrigerator
To poach the pear, combine water, lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, and ginger. Boil it over the heat
Peel pears, remove the seeds, cut into halves, and place in the boiling liquid to poach for 15 minutes
Drain the pears, allow to cool, and slice thinly
Fry the thyme with the oil and set aside
Layout the sourdough slices, spread the cashew cream over them, top with pear slice and fried thyme sprigs
Serve with love!
