Heat a non-stick frypan over medium heat, add tomatoes and bacon and cook, turning until bacon is crisp and tomatoes have softened.
Push both to the side and crack eggs into the pan. Sprinkle with thyme, season with salt and pepper and cook eggs to your liking.
Serve eggs with bacon, tomato and toast.
