Place half the bananas, all the oats, cottage cheese, baking powder, egg and milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
Heat oil in a non-stick frypan over medium heat. Add 1/4 cup of mixture at a time, cooking for 2 minutes or until bubbles appear on top, flip and cook for another minute. Remove from pan, keep warm and repeat with remaining mixture. Divide pancakes between serving plates.
Slice remaining banana and arrange over pancakes. Drizzle over honey and sprinkle with almonds to serve.
